editing assistance for fiction and nonfiction (all ages, family
values), copy
editing, revision and rewriting, ghostwriting, submission and query
letters

marketing
and sales projects -- include customer surveys, direct mail
copywriting, press releases, sales letters/bulletins

Will consider occasional
manuscript typing but have little or no time/interest for straight data entry work.

For
all projects, the following conditions apply:

All contracts will be in writing.

I
charge current market rates, plus necessary expenses. Hourly
rates vary, depending on the scope of the
project. Many projects require extensive research or editing.

Terms
are "33% to 50% deposit" - depending on the project - for new
clients. This down payment is non-refundable, even if the client cancels
the project, or I am forced to terminate the project due to an
unreasonable client.

Intermediate
payments on a weekly basis may be required. Remaining balance due in 15
days from completion. Terms may be somewhat negotiable for existing clients, depending on
previous history.

Ghostwriting
and other special projects will require additional discussion and written
terms.

I
provide excellent, value-added service. However, turnaround time
varies with the project and my existing workload.
